Students are Rising Up to win affordability, security & freedom on campus!

Frontline for Freedom is a network of students and movement partners resisting Trump’s autocratic attacks on our rights and demanding the thriving democracy and education our generation deserves.

Throughout history and around the world, students have been the vanguard of movements for a more just and inclusive democracy. In this critical moment, students must again play a central role in the anti‑authoritarian movement under Trump.

This fall and beyond, we are organizing campaigns across colleges to fight Trump’s autocratic attacks on our rights, protect funding for vital programs, and defend marginalized communities on campus.

On May Day 2026, 100,000+ students on over 160 high schools & college campuses took action!

Frontline for Freedom and allies in the Students Rise Up coalition mobilized students in record numbers to demand ICE off campus and protections for student protest.
